After a lot of thought and quite a few back and forth emails and phone calls I have decided to once again offer a credit/debit card facility that does not require the buyer to have a PayPal account. Lots of people are happy to pay by PayPal but others would much rather phone with a credit card payment and I understand this having been the target of internet fraudsters more than once.
Please check out my terms and conditions and contact details relating to this. In future when I sell my bears I will give the option to pay either way for bears, either by Paypal or by credit card over the phone, or by bank transfer if you wish.
I think that is a fairer way to do business...I hope that it turns out to be better for everyone!
