Come to the Gala Dinner and awards!!!

I thought I would post this here in case anyone would like to join in the fun.

 On the Saturday evening before the Great YorkshireTeddy Bear Event  which is to be held on Sunday 18th November in Sheffield at the Hilton Hotel in Victoria Quays, there is to be a fabulous Gala Dinner at which the winners of the  Excellence in Bear Artistry Awards will be announced.

You are more than welcome to come to the event and here is the link to the booking form.There is also a special draw for a VIP pass to include a night at the hotel and early entry into the show for the winner. All you need to do is book your tickets for the show online for automatic entry into the draw.
Details of a special deal for bed and breakfast prices should you wish to stay at the Hilton can also be found on the  event web page.

Hugglets preview!!

These sweet friends will available be on the SILLY BEARS stand at Hugglets ( Stand 18c on the ground floor) on Sunday 9th September.

 

There will be a gorgeous hand dyed peach NURSERY BEAR named Bliss...she is utterly stunning...a beautiful big boy panda in hand dyed straggly mohairwith needlefelted detailing and the sweetest little bunny ever in hand dyed mohair with lots of felted detailing including needlefelted tootsies!

We scored a hat-trick!!!!!

Wow...I am so proud today! I found out yesterday that I have been nominated in not one but 3 categories of the EXCELLENCE IN BEAR ARTISTRY AWARDS 2012. The Bears are pictured below and there's a link for voting. Please go along to vote...even if not for my bears ..because the more votes the better. I am up against some stiff competition in all my categories but feel very happy with my entries and confident that they are on a level playing field so it really is down to the voters now.
